Sustainable Clothing Manufacturing

Every piece, every order is handcrafted by me in my workshop in Hamburg St. Pauli, thus saving any transport routes during production. Every dress goes through only my two hands. This is climate-friendly, sustainable, and fair.  

My workshop or studio is powered by green electricity. In my daily work, I generally make sure to save resources, avoid waste, and use ecological means.

Ave evA has no retail store, but has been selling exclusively online from the beginning. This saves resources for the operation of a heated retail store, etc. For this, I offer appointments in my workshop if consultation or fitting is needed.

I generally design my pieces to be as timeless as possible, so that they can be worn long-term, regardless of fleeting trends, hopefully counteracting the general fast-paced nature of the fashion industry.

When orders are then shipped to you, they do so CO² neutral with Gogreen by DHL. And when these orders are paid, they are paid into my sustainable account at GLS Bank.

The wedding dresses, especially the short ones, can still be worn as summer dresses after the wedding, or you can opt directly for the mix & match pieces, which you can happily combine with other items in your wardrobe even after the wedding.

Each item is only produced upon order, so there can be no overproduction that would otherwise be disposed of.

For every order, I discuss the measurements and am happy to send free fabric samples to avoid returns.
